This Privacy Policy has been created to help you understand what information Blue Springs Construction, LLC (“Blue Springs,” “we” or “us”) collect and receive from End Users (“you”) through our website and applications, which we refer to collectively as the “Online Services.” Our goal is for you to be fully informed as to the information we collect and receive from you, our commitment to your privacy, and to help you make informed decisions about your relationship with us. Before moving forward, note that by using the Online Services, you consent to the following:

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information from a number of different sources, but most of it comes directly from you when you interact with our apps, websites, advertising, or other aspects of the Online Services. Specifically, we collect and receive from you the following information:
General Data. When you use the Online Services, we may ask you for information such as your full legal name, username, email address, and telephone number. You may also choose to voluntarily add other information.
Usage Information. When you interact with the Online Services, we may use a variety of technologies to collect information about how the Online Services are accessed and used, including information related to administrative and support communications with us and information about the features and content you interact with.
Billing Information. We may collect and store billing address and credit card information or we may collect and provide such information to our third-party payment processors to process payments on our behalf.
Log Data. When you use the Online Services, our servers automatically record information, including information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website, or your mobile app sends when you are using it. This log data may include your Internet Protocol address, the address of the web page you visited before using the Online Services, your browser type and settings, the date and time of your use of the Online Services, information about your browser configuration and plug-ins, language preferences, and cookie data.
Device Information. We may collect information about the device you are using the Online Services on, including what type of device it is, what operating system you are using, device settings, application IDs, unique device identifiers, device location, and crash data. Whether we collect some or all of this information depends upon what type of device you are using and its settings.
Confidential or Sensitive Information. Please do not submit any confidential or sensitive personally identifiable information such as Social Security Number, bank account or other financial information. If you submit any such information, you do so at your own risk.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not collect any personal data from visitors to our Online Services that is not voluntarily provided including but not limited to names, mailing addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers (hereinafter, “Personal Information”). If you do provide Personal Information to us, we may use that Personal Information for the following purposes:
To provide, personalize, and improve your experience with the Online Services;
To prevent or address service, security, or technical issues, or at your request in connection with support matters;
To carry out, monitor and analyze our business or Online Services;
As required by law; and
Such other uses as the Firm and you may agree to from time to time.
We use other kinds of information in providing the Online Services, including:
To understand and improve our Online Services;
To communicate with you by responding to requests and to inform you of updates to the Online Services and other important Online Services-related notices;
Billing and account management;
To communicate with you either directly or through one of our partners, for marketing and promotional purposes;
To, if you explicitly provide us permission, use your mobile phone number to send you informational, marketing, and promotional text messages;
To enforce this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Online Services, and any other terms that you have agreed to, including to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our users, or any other person, or the copyright-protected content of the Online Services; and
As otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy.
HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS SHARED
At times we may make certain information available to strategic partners that work with us to provide services and products, or that help us market to customers. We are not in the business of selling or renting your information. With that being said, we may share your information in the following ways:
With service providers who process data on our behalf, such as third-party payment processors and customer management systems. These service providers help us operate, develop, and improve the functionality of the Online Services, complete your payment transactions, fulfill your support requests, and communicate with you as described elsewhere in the policy;
In the event of a merger, sale, or reorganization of all or a part of our business, information covered by this policy may be transferred in connection with that deal;
To comply with legal or regulatory requirements and to respond to lawful requests, court orders, and legal process;
To protect and defend the rights, property, or safety of us or third parties, including enforcing contracts or policies, or in connection with investigating and preventing fraud; and
Through the use of cookies, as described in more detail below.
In addition, we may disclose or use aggregate or de-identified information for any purpose. For example, we may share aggregate or de-identified information with our marketing partners to evince the number of users of our Online Services or the average amount of time spent by users with our Online Services. Or we may share your de-identified information (such as through the use of hashing) with our marketing partners in order to show you more tailored content including advertisements for products and services that may be of interest to you.
USE OF COOKIES, AD IDENTIFIERS, AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
Advertisers on mobile devices sometimes use advertising identifiers to enable and optimize their advertising. Ad identifiers are non-permanent, non-personal device identifiers such as the Android advertising ID and Apple’s ID for advertising (“IDFA”). We and third parties who advertise on our Online Services may use cookies or similar technologies such as tracking pixels in advertising. These technologies operate either by placing a small file which stores some information on your computer or mobile device and/or by accessing information on your device. These technologies allow the collection of data, such as your device's model, operating system and screen size, the other applications installed on your device, and information about how you use our services.
Cookies are small text files sent by us to your computer or mobile device. They are unique to your account or your browser. Session-based cookies last only while your browser is open and are automatically deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies last until you or your browser delete them or until they expire. We use both session-based and persistent cookies on our websites, and these cookies are both our own and third-party cookies, such as Google Analytics.
You can choose to prevent your device’s ad identifier being used for internet-based advertising, or you can reset your device's ad identifier, by changing the settings of your device. Settings vary based-upon device, but usually you will find the ad identifier settings under “privacy” or “ads” in your device's settings. You can disable cookies through your web or mobile browser settings.
Although we and our advertising partners use ad identifiers, cookies, and similar technologies to enable us and third parties to provide more relevant advertising to you, these technologies also:
Allow us to recognize you and your device, enabling us to show you the right information, personalize your experience, and help detect malicious activity;
Allow our payment processors to process your payment instructions; and
Enable us and third parties to provide you with more customized services.
As a result, if you chose to adjust your preferences to prevent these technologies, you may find that you cannot enjoy the full use of our Service. Also, please note that adjusting your preferences as described above does not mean that you will not receive advertisements, it only means the advertisements you do see will be less relevant to you. Alternatively, if you do not wish us to collect data as described in this section, you should stop using the Online Services.
“Do Not Track” signals are options available on your browser to tell operators of websites that you do not wish to have your online activity tracked. Except for information that is entered voluntarily into our website, we do not acquire Personal Information and therefore our website operates no differently if these “Do Not Track” signals are enabled or disabled. Our website does not allow any other parties to collect Personal Information about your online activities over time or across websites.
YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO YOUR INFORMATION
You have certain rights in connection with your personal information and how we handle it, including the following:
Right of Access. You have a right to know what information we hold about you and, in some cases, to have the information communicated to you. If you wish to exercise this right please contact us and let us know that you wish to exercise your right of access and what information in particular you would like to receive. We reserve the right to ask for reasonable evidence to verify your identity before we provide you with any information, and the law permits us to charge a fee for exercising this right of access. Please note that we may not be able to provide all the information you ask for, for instance if the information includes personal information about another person. Where we are not able to provide you with information that you have asked for, we will endeavor to tell you why. We will try to respond to any request for a right of access as soon as possible, but we will always do so within 30 days of receipt of your request, evidence of ID and any applicable fee.
Right to Correct Personal Information. We try to keep the information that we hold about you accurate and up to date. Should you realize that any of the information that we hold about you is incorrect, please let us know and we will correct it as soon as we can.
Data Deletion. In some circumstances you have a right to have some of the personal information that we hold about you deleted. Should you wish to have any information about you deleted, please contact us. Please note that to ensure that we do not collect any further information, you should also delete our apps from your mobile devices and clear our cookies from any device where you have accessed our Online Services via a web browser. When we delete personal information about you, we may still retain some or all of that information for other purposes such as maintaining financial records, protecting, or enforcing legal rights, maintaining marketing suppression lists or for technical reasons such as maintaining technical security or our database integrity. We may also retain your information in an anonymized form.
Direct Marketing Opt-Out. If you have elected to receive direct marketing communications from us, you can change your mind at any time by contacting us. If you have elected to receive more than one type of marketing communications from us, you may need to opt out of all of them individually. It may take a few days for us to update our records before any opt-out is effective.
CALIFORNIAL PRIVACY RIGHTS
In addition to the rights as explained in this Privacy Policy, under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents who provide personal information (as defined in the statute) to obtain products or services for personal, family, or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us, once per calendar year, information about the personal information we shared, if any, with other businesses for marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the categories of personal information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared such personal information for the immediate prior calendar year (e.g., requests made in the current year will receive information about the prior year).
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time, and if we do we will provide you with a prominent notice as appropriate under the circumstances. In some cases, we will notify you in advance, and your continued use of the Online Services after the changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
