Blue Springs Construction completed a full commercial tenant finish for The Back Nine, an indoor golf facility in Timnath, Colorado, covering simulator bays, lounge seating and finish carpentry, delivered early and on budget.
Most tenant finish projects start after the space is chosen. This one started before it. Mike walked the space with the owner during the selection process, to check the building would actually work for what he wanted to put in it. A golf simulator is not a normal tenant fit-out: it needs ceiling height, a floor that can take the loading, and a layout where bays, seating and circulation do not fight each other. Sorting that out before a lease is signed is far cheaper than discovering it afterwards.
“Mike, the owner, was personally involved during the space selection process and made sure the building would work perfectly for our needs.”

Turning a leased shell into a working business is its own discipline, and it is not the same job as a residential remodel.
Mike handled the space selection and the commercial questions. Tyler and Titus took project management once construction started, keeping the schedule and the trades moving. In the client’s own words: “Once construction began, Tyler and Titus took over project management and did an excellent job. Communication was consistent, timelines were clear, and I never had to worry about the details. The project was completed early and on budget — which is rare in commercial construction.”
A site walkthrough, straight answers, and a scope you can hold us to.
Permits, trades, materials, and inspections, all managed by the owner on site.
Final walkthrough together, punch list closed, one year warranty behind the work.

I hired Blue Springs for a tenant finish on a commercial space I’m leasing for an indoor golf facility, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The quality of workmanship exceeded my expectations, and the entire team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They were extremely professional, finished on the committed time and cost. Outstanding customer service in every way possible. P MTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We heard about this company through a friend at work, and we couldn’t be happier we chose them to finish our basement. During the planning process Mike and Kristi listened to our thoughts and desires for the space and we were able to come up with a plan that fit our budget and our needs. Before construction began everything was laid out on a cost sheet in a very transparent way so we could make informed decisions on where we wanted to splurge a little to upgrade certain things and where we could cut costs to reduce the overall price. We especially appreciated how communicative they were during the whole process, always responding to texts and calls quickly. It’s evident that customer service is a priority for them. The quality of the work was great! Blue Springs sub contracts other companies to complete the individual sections of work, so you know that the tasks are being completed by qualified people who specialize in that field. We found the workers to be polite and communicative, and they worked around our schedule which was beneficial to us. We are thrilled with the results and will be coming back to Blue Springs Construction when we want other upgrades done to our home. Stop searching for companies to work on your house. This is the company you are looking for. Emily RitzerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Based in Windsor, CO, Blue Springs Construction builds commercial tenant finishes across Northern Colorado and into southern Wyoming:
It is the work that turns a leased commercial shell into a finished, operating space: partitions, mechanical and electrical, code compliance for the intended use, and the finishes customers see. It sits between the landlord base building and the tenant opening day.
It depends on the use class, the condition of the shell and how quickly the permit clears, so we will not quote a number we cannot stand behind. What we will commit to is a schedule agreed in writing before work starts, and one project manager accountable for holding it.
We do. Lease-required approvals, base-building coordination and reinstatement obligations are handled as part of the job, because the tenant should be getting ready to open rather than mediating between two contractors.
Yes. Blue Springs Construction builds across Northern Colorado and into Cheyenne, Wyoming. Colorado has no statewide general contractor license, so we hold the local license required by the jurisdiction each project sits in, and we are also licensed in Wyoming.
