I hired Blue Springs for a tenant finish on a commercial space I’m leasing for an indoor golf facility, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Mike, the owner, was personally involved during the space selection process and made sure the building would work perfectly for our needs. Once construction began, Tyler and Titus took over project management and did an excellent job. Communication was consistent, timelines were clear, and I never had to worry about the details. The project was completed early and on budget — which is rare in commercial construction. The quality of workmanship exceeded my expectations, and the entire team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. We heard about this company through a friend at work, and we couldn’t be happier we chose them to finish our basement. During the planning process Mike and Kristi listened to our thoughts and desires for the space and we were able to come up with a plan that fit our budget and our needs. Before construction began everything was laid out on a cost sheet in a very transparent way so we could make informed decisions on where we wanted to splurge a little to upgrade certain things and where we could cut costs to reduce the overall price. We especially appreciated how communicative they were during the whole process, always responding to texts and calls quickly. It’s evident that customer service is a priority for them. The quality of the work was great! Blue Springs sub contracts other companies to complete the individual sections of work, so you know that the tasks are being completed by qualified people who specialize in that field. We found the workers to be polite and communicative, and they worked around our schedule which was beneficial to us. We are thrilled with the results and will be coming back to Blue Springs Construction when we want other upgrades done to our home. Stop searching for companies to work on your house.
