Mike Rose

Owner

Mike Rose brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction, with a career built on delivering quality craftsmanship, strong leadership, and lasting client relationships.

After beginning his construction career in Tennessee, Mike worked on a variety of critical infrastructure and commercial projects before relocating to Colorado in 2012. Throughout his career, he has contributed to major projects including hospitals, healthcare facilities, large-scale commercial buildings, and residential renovations.

One of the most significant projects in Mike’s career was helping build the UCHealth Greeley Hospital campus. Working on this state-of-the-art healthcare facility gave him invaluable experience managing complex construction challenges while collaborating with industry-leading professionals. The project reinforced his commitment to quality, precision, and building structures that positively impact the communities they serve.

Following his work on UCHealth Greeley and other major Colorado projects, Mike founded Blue Springs Construction in 2017. His vision was to create a company that combined the professionalism and expertise of large commercial builders with the personalized service and accountability homeowners and business owners deserve.

Today, Mike leads Blue Springs Construction with a focus on transparency, reliability, and exceptional workmanship. Whether overseeing a residential remodel, custom home project, or commercial build, he remains committed to delivering outstanding results and building lasting relationships throughout Colorado.

Tyler Hall

Project Manager

Tyler Hall developed a passion for construction at an early age, spending summers throughout high school and college working as a laborer. Over the years, he advanced through nearly every level of the industry, serving as a carpenter, project engineer, superintendent, and project manager.

This hands-on experience has given Tyler a comprehensive understanding of construction projects from the ground up, allowing him to effectively manage both field operations and project execution.

A longtime friend and colleague of Blue Springs Construction founder Mike Rose, Tyler joined the company to help support its continued growth and success. Today, he oversees project finances, material procurement, and daily coordination with field teams to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet client expectations.

Tyler holds a bachelor’s degree from Auburn University and is OSHA 30 certified. Outside of work, he enjoys woodworking, spending time outdoors, cheering on his children at their activities, and following college football.

Titus Adams

Superintendent

Titus joined the Blue Springs Construction team in October 2024, bringing 14 years of construction industry experience with him.

A true Colorado Front Range native, he grew up in the small eastern plains community of Briggsdale and now calls Kersey home. That roots-run-deep connection to this region gives him a genuine appreciation for the people and projects he serves.

What he loves most about his work is hard to narrow down — it’s equal parts the team he gets to work alongside every day and the privilege of taking someone’s vision and turning it into something real. There’s nothing quite like watching a dream become a home.

When he’s not on the job, you’ll find him outdoors. Whether he’s hunting, fishing, hiking the mountains, or simply exploring whatever the Colorado wilderness has to offer, he believes the best moments in life happen outside — usually with his wife and daughter by his side.

Ryan O'Connor

Superintendent

Ryan didn’t find construction — he grew up in it. Raised in a family rooted in the trades (his father ran his own electrical business for over 30 years), Ryan developed an early love for building and making things with his hands. That passion led him to SCC-Milford in Nebraska, where he earned his Associate’s Degree in Building Construction. He took naturally to framing and trim work, and launched his career as a trim carpenter in Fort Collins, CO right out of school.

Over the years, Ryan has built deep expertise in backend finishes, and has expanded his knowledge into MEPs and lighter civil work as well. He also holds OSHA 30 and SWPPP certifications — a reflection of his commitment to doing the job right.

Ryan has known Blue Springs owner Mike Rose for about six years. The two always talked about building something together, and after collaborating on side projects that reminded him just how much fun the work could be, the decision to join Blue Springs was an easy one. He came on board with a clear goal: more meaningful work, more time with family, and less stress.

As Superintendent, Ryan oversees field operations and ensures projects run smoothly from the ground up — currently focused on wrapping up an ADU punch list and getting the Vidals Custom Home off to a strong start.

When he’s not on-site, Ryan is most at home outdoors — hunting, fishing, and hitting the golf course when the opportunity arises. Weekends belong to his wife and three kids: hiking, biking, trips to the Denver Zoo, and tracking down whatever new playground the boys haven’t conquered yet.

Kyle Woods

Project Manager

Kyle is a Project Manager at Blue Springs Construction. With over six years of experience in the construction industry, he has a proven track record of delivering high-quality results on projects that make a tangible difference in the community. Kyle holds a degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University, where he built a strong foundation in both the technical and people sides of the trade. Known for his attention to detail and commitment to clear communication, he takes pride in keeping projects on time, on budget, and built to last. Outside of the office, the Loveland, Colorado native can usually be found biking, running, or planning his next travel adventure.

Jennifer Campbell

Bookkeeping & Accounting

Jennifer brings over two decades of bookkeeping and construction administration experience to the Blue Springs team — and a genuine love for the industry she’s served since 2000.

Her career began in construction accounting, where she learned the ins and outs of project administration while supporting a construction management firm building apartment complexes. She went on to work with Aviation Development Company, overseeing financial operations for airport hangar projects across California and Colorado. That combination of field-adjacent experience and financial precision has made her an invaluable behind-the-scenes force in every organization she’s been part of.

Her connection to Blue Springs started a little closer to home. When Blue Springs Construction put the roof on the pergola at her new Windsor home in 2024, she met owner Mike Rose — and it wasn’t long before she was bringing the company’s 2023 books into order for tax filing. She’s kept them that way ever since.

A Colorado native through and through, she grew up in Steamboat Springs and holds a degree from Colorado State University with a concentration in Accounting. She has a deep appreciation for the state she calls home — its landscapes, its seasons, and its people.

When she steps away from the spreadsheets, you’ll find her in the garden or surrounded by family — especially her granddaughter, who has a way of making everything else seem less urgent.
